“Georgia is more than a chef, she is an event manager, florist, decorator and absolute pleasure to have around. While with us she handled all the shopping, created amazing menus, catered to different dietary requirements and organised two events.

 

Everything was magical, delicious and organised from start to finish. The saddest day of our entire stay was when she left. We will absolutely work with her again in the future, she exceeded all expectations and we cannot wait to taste her delicious creations again soon.

“I had the pleasure of Georgia's wonderful gastronomic creations as well as her company for six days & nights earlier this year (2024). As a U.K. visitor overseas I was amazed by Georgia's mix of flavours, fresh produce, healthy spreads and her ability to be flexible for the different occasions. Her breakfasts were full of fruits, dairy, granolas, eggs, avocado, freshly made health shots, and all the extras. Everything presented so well & nothing was ever a bother. Lunches were resplendent with healthy salads, local fish, tasty meats and more. Dinners were cleverly arranged over multiple courses, including wonderful seafood, bbq meats and fish, as well as Georgia's famous cheese boards accompanied by nut & apricot.

 

Georgia was ever-present in the kitchen and dining area, and always with a smile. She quickly got to know guests and our preferences. She preemptively offered our favourite tea or snack. She laid out extras between meals. Simply brilliant at her job, but never too intrusive nor overbearing.

 

In addition, we truly got to know Georgia as a person. And what a delightful lady. She had a knack for building rapport, being positive and bringing joy to her work and to our gathering of people.
